Manager, Marketing Communications

HUYA Bioscience International (huyabio.com) is a leader in enabling and accelerating the global co-development of novel biopharmaceutical product opportunities originating in China. The Manager, Marketing Communications, will serve a key role in articulating HUYA's vision, business strategy, and accomplishments through a variety of communications vehicles designed to reach and influence the companys internal and external audiences.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Development of internal and external communications plans, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Refinement of corporate marketing materials to ensure consistent, up-to-date content and aesthetics
- Establishment of standard communication protocols for the companys growing number of offices
- Oversight of communication plan tactics, including press releases, FAQs, media outreach, interviews, conference participation, and company newsletters
- Supporting the marketing communications needs of HUYA's China offices

 
Requirements

- Bachelors degree required with three to five years of experience in marketing communications, media relations, public relations, or related field
- Life science experience desired
- Ability to write consistently and clearly while under pressure and deadline
- Ability to distill complex language from a variety of sources into effective, easy-to-understand, concise messages for a variety of internal and external audiences
- Must be an independent thinker, with the ability to manage a streamlined process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and creative skills
